5. Bonuses and Promotions

• The outcome of all games and bets is final once confirmed by the platform system. Where a game result cannot be confirmed due to a technical error, the bet will ordinarily be voided and the stake returned.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

iq999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where iq999 has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period when requested by iq999.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in a manner that may breach applicable laws.
• Where an account is closed by iq999 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, remaining real-money balances will be returned via the registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming
